Small or Large group workouts tailored for Athletic Development. Strength and conditioning sessions are specifically designed for the athlete’s sport and competition.  While Strength/Conditioning is the main focus of our Athletic Development Program we will also prioritize nutrition, lifestyle habits, injury prevention and recovery techniques.


Large Group Pricing Structure:

2 sessions per week - $240/month
3 sessions per week - $300/month

2 sessions per week - $300/month

3 sessions per week - $400/month



Small Group Pricing Structure:

*Large groups are between 6-8 athletes, Small groups are between 3-5 athletes.
