Small or Large group workouts tailored for Athletic Development. Strength & Conditioning sessions are specifically designed for the athlete’s sport and competition.  While an athlete's Strength & Conditioning is the main focus of our Athletic Development Program we also prioritize nutrition, lifestyle habits, injury prevention and recovery techniques.

Large Group Pricing Structure:

2 sessions per week:

$250/month - $31.25/session

3 sessions per week:

$300/month - $25/session

2 sessions per week:

$300/month - $37.5/session

3 sessions per week:

$400/month - $33.33/session

Small Group Pricing Structure:

*Large groups are between 6-8 athletes, Small groups are between 3-5 athletes.

** All prices are subject to HST.
